The Ridley-Tree Cancer Center wants to make it as easy as possible for you to collaborate with us. We offer several easy and personalized ways to refer your patients:

Email a completed Physician Referral Form

Quick Turnaround

Once your referral form is received, our Physician Relations Manager will make every effort to contact you and your patient within the same business day. If the referral is received late in the day, it may be the next business day. You will receive confirmation once your patient's appointment has been scheduled.

Personalized Help

Our Physician Relations Manager is available Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm to assist with the referral process by calling (805) 453-6246 or emailing referrals@ridleytreecc.org.

You can call our dedicated physician-only phone line (805) 453-6246 to discuss patient care and referrals with an appropriate Ridley-Tree Cancer Center physician.

Get Connected to Ridley-Tree Cancer Center’s Electronic Health Record

We want to ensure our community physicians have the most up to date information about their patients’ care. Through our Current system, we can provide you with access to your patients’ electronic health record at Ridley-Tree Cancer Center. You can also submit patient referrals through the Current and attach any supporting documentation. Contact (805) 453-6246 to learn more and setup access to The Current.
