Ridley-Tree Cancer Center welcomes the opportunity to partner with healthcare providers in our community to facilitate the highest quality multidisciplinary cancer care. We are here to collaborate with you and are committed to providing a personalized and exceptional experience.
To Refer a Patient
We offer several easy ways to refer your patients:
- Submit a referral through the Current system, a secure portal for non-Sansum providers to access our Epic electronic health record. To create an account, request access here.
Please submit the following relevant documents with your referral. This will help us schedule your patient’s appointment as soon as possible:
- Insurance information (front and back of patient’s insurance card, or provide the following: insurer, health plan, member ID, group number)
To Receive Personalized Help With a Referral
Our referral specialists are dedicated to providing one-on-one assistance with submitting a referral. You can reach them by calling (805) 453-6246 or emailing referrals@ridleytreecc.org, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
To Talk to a Provider
To reach a provider for questions about a current patient’s treatment, please use our Back Office Phone Lines. These phone numbers are for physician/office use only. Patients should continue to use Ridley-Tree Cancer Center’s patient phone lines.
To Get Connected to Our Electronic Health Record
We aim to provide community physicians with the most current information about their patients' care. Our Current system allows external healthcare providers to access patients' electronic health records at Ridley-Tree Cancer Center. Additionally, you can submit patient referrals and attach any relevant documentation through the Current system.
